Palm Dental x Fightzumi Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is organised by Palm Dental in partnership with Fightzumi.

2. Eligibility

• Open to attendees of the Fightzumi 5.0 event scheduled for 1st November 2025.
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• Entrants must have an active Instagram or TikTok account.

3. How to Enter

• Follow @PalmDentalUK on Instagram.
• Comment your first name and tag a friend on the official giveaway post.
• Entries close at 8:45 PM on 1st November 2025.
• Entries after this time will not be counted.

4. Prize Details

• Complimentary dental check-up (worth £79).
• Professional teeth whitening package (worth £350).
• Total prize value: £429.

5. Clinical Terms

• The winner must have stable oral health.
• If the check-up identifies required treatment, this must be completed (at the patient’s expense) before whitening can take place.
• This requirement is clinically necessary for patient safety.

6. Winner Selection & Verification

• The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries.
• Announced live at Fightzumi 5.0 on 1st November 2025 by 9:00 PM.
• The winner’s name and/or social media handle will be announced publicly during the show.
• Palm Dental will contact the winner directly via social media to arrange the appointment.
• The winner must present a valid photo ID at the practice to verify their identity (matching the name on their social media entry).

7. General

• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Palm Dental reserves the right to withdraw or amend the giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
• Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
